Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, please read our policy below:

Accepted returns are eligible for store credit only within 10 business days of the delivery date provided by usps. For in-store pickup orders or items purchased at events, returns must be made within 10 days of the purchase date.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping unwanted items back.

Store Credit will be issued via email and can be used online or instore. Store credit expires one (1) year after issue date.

 

Return Conditions:

  • Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition.

  • Tags must still be attached.

  • No odors, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • ALL sale items, deal of the day items, markdowns, bralettes, camisoles, jewelry, purses, accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, gifts, gift cards, and items purchased with a coupon code are FINAL SALE. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO RETURN THESE ITEMS. ANY ITEMS THAT VIOLATE THIS POLICY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR STORE CREDIT

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Return an Item:

 

  1. Ensure your item(s) meet the return conditions listed above.

  2. Package your item(s) securely and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
